-Drink plenty of water. It is suggested that you drink a minimun of 2 liters of water per day. This is very important for a number of reasons to your overall health and is very good for your skins health
-Personal hygiene, keeping your skin clean, is very important. You need to open up your pores to clean out the excess oil and dirt that are clogging your glands.
-Excercise is good for your overall health as well as your skins health. It helps to reduce stress which is also an important factor to reduce bad acne. Not only do you get the benifit of being overall healthier but it causes your sweat glands to open up and clean out the dirt and excess oils that have built up. Make sure to shower and clean up well after excercising.
